BIPOC USHR is based on the values of compassion, care, cooperation, and collectivism. We carry and work with feminine energy and recognize the efforts of all BIPOC women and non-binary folks in our collective struggle, along with the struggles of BIPOC cisgender heterosexual men.

Our work is based on the values of anti-racism and decolonization as we work toward social justice for BIPOC communities on PEI. We reject racism/white supremacy, anti-Blackness, anti-Indigeneity, Islamophobia, antisemitism, Sinophobia, colonialism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, classism, ableism, casteism, colourism/shadeism, and all forms of oppression.
